So as some of you know I enjoy taking pictures and since I have 2 cameras Tyler has picked up some great talent. Here are some pictures he took on our trip. The Grizzly bear picture and the fox picture he is going to enter in the Cache county fair.

So as many of you know we love to go to Yellowstone. Well the end of May was a great time to go so we packed up our trailer and headed to West Yellowstone. I was so worried we were going to freeze with all the Snow, Rain, Sleet, but we were very warm and had a good time. We saw a lot of animals and we love to see them. We were lucky to see a Grizzly bear, a Black bear w/ a cup and another Black bear alone and a ton of Ian's favorite Buffalo! We decided to take a day trip down to Jackson and our Suburbans transmission went out.... You all know how stressed I get with car problems!!! We had wonderful and selfless family take time out of their Memorial Day weekend to come and save us! Thank you again to all of you who came up we are so blessed to have such great family! Here are some pictures of our trip.

Update

So Camille and I noticed that we haven't updated the blog in a long time... So I will try to post some pictures later. We had a wonderful Christmas with family and enjoyed the time thinking of our Savior. Zach had another fun basketball season and scored many points and really enjoyed it. Ian is waiting and waiting for T-ball to start and keeps asking! Ian is doing great in preschool and really enjoys it. Tyler decided that he wanted to try wrestling and he really enjoyed it he recieved 3 different medals, he took first in one tournament and then in the state tournament he took 6th in his weight division. It is amazing to see our boys grow and at times I wish they would stop. Hopefully I can get on soon and get some pictures added!!!

So it has been awhile since I have updated this blog. We have been busy and it has slowed down for a minute, but about to start up again! I have been very busy taking a ton of pictures for Tyler's football team. They lost in the 2nd round of the playoffs to the team who won the "mini bowl" in their division, it was a fun season and they had some great games. Zach is starting basketball and is very excited to start that. Tyler is now going to try wrestling we will see how that goes! Ian has been in pre-school at Little Monsters and has loved it 2 days a week. I can't believe how fast these boys are growing it is so amazing to me!! Anyway here are some pictures of the family that I took.

Vacation in St. George

So this post is late! We had a great time in HOT St. George the end of July, this 110 degree was at 8:30 at night!! Lucky we had some great A/C!

We had a fun family reunion on Camille's side at Crystal Hot Springs. We also went to the Golden Spike Park and the Spiral Jetty at the Great Salt Lake.

We were able to get away and take the boys to the Oquirrh Temple open house. It was a neat experience to go through there with the boys and to feel the spirit of our Heavenly Father. We are so blessed to have so many temples so close to us!

Family update

Camille wanted to send an update to our friends and family who look at our blog for updates. We have had a rough couple of weeks... On June 10th we had an ultrasound appt at McKay Dee... So with that being said and a lot of people didn't know that Camille was pregnant on the 10th she was just over 20 weeks along. During the first few minutes of the ultrasound the tech said that she had to go talk to the Dr.... Now that is when the panicking came in as we have been through this before about 6 years ago with the twins. She came back in and continued the ultrasound as normal so we though she had to talk to the Dr about the previous ultrasound. She then said that she heard the Dr and left the room and this was about 15 minutes which seemed 3 hours to us. So when she came back in we put her on the spot and said "you didn't see a heart beat did you". I do feel real bad that we did that. She was so caring and gracious and did tell us that she didn't see one. We were both in tears and pretty upset, and then the Dr. came in to continue the exam. The staff there at McKay were awesome in every way!! Thank you Ashley (ultrasound tech) for being there for us and being such a great person.

So we had to go to the hospital the next day June 11th to have Camille be induced at 7:00am and needless to say we went home at 2:30 Friday morning. Camille had a hard time with the delivery and finally had to be taking into surgery where they put her out so she didn't have to feel the pain. It was so hard to watch my beautiful wife go through that and I was so thankful for the wonderful Dr and nurses that we had who cared so much for us. The baby was a baby girl (yes I can make them!!!) we named her Samantha Allen.

We want to take a quick second to say THANK YOU to all of our family, friends for all of the support and love. We have been very blessed with the love, prayers and thoughts that were passed our way. We don't know why these things happen, but we do know that we have a loving Heavenly Father who will help through this and one day we will know the exact reason.

Camille is doing real good and has taken some time off of work to rest and relax. The boys are doing well with it. Tyler had the hardest time, but is doing well.

We were given this poem from a good friend and I would like to share it. (Thanks Amy):

Disneyland 1

So as many of you know we had a secret we were holding from the boys.... We were going to go on vacation to "Yellowstone" where they would see "big" mice and "big" chipmunks and "weird" dogs who act Goofy... So they bought it for awhile! We stayed in S.L. the night before we left (Thanks Jennifer!) and went to the car and pretended that it didn't work... So we told the boys we had to go to the airport to get a rental car. We went through security and down to our gate, they didn't say a thing! Our plane was at the gate so a few minutes later I said how about we use that as our car, so the plane trip was let out of the bag and the boys loved it! Below are some pictures of the plane ride. After the lady said over head that we were going to LA Tyler figured it out and the smile on his face stayed there and hasn't left. When we landed and the bus came to pick us up it had Mickey on the side of it and said Disney Land... Zach read it and figured it out and then Ian caught on. It was so fun to watch them, but believe me it was so tough to keep a secret!!!! So here are some pictures of the first few days.

We went on the Winnie the Pooh ride and it broke so we had to walk through it to get out. That was a lot of fun so we took some once in a life time photos!

Anniversary

Yellowstone August 2008

We were able to have a family trip to Yellowstone again this year. We wanted to share some pictures that we all took this year. We sure had a good time and it is great that the boys really enjoy the outdoors! Ian of course loved ALL of the buffalo we saw. It was mating season and they were grunting and Ian was laughing.We Stopped for lunch one day and the kids enjoyed the water. We looked up and there was an elk coming through the brush and getting close to the water. We sat and watch this elk it was real neat to see and to see so close up.

We went to the Grizzly discovery center in West Yellowstone and I caught this wolf howling.

Tyler and Zach were able to go hide food at the Grizzly Discovery Center for the bears. These kids looked a lot wilder than the bears.

We went to Old Ephraim Grave up Blacksmith Fork Canyon. Old Ephraim was a 9 ft 11 inches grizzly bear that was killed in the early 1900's, the head of the bear is in the Smithsonian.
